ANNOUNCEMENT OF RETIREMENT: I have spent the past 4o years as a legal professional, solving difficult problems honestly, legally and ethically in the shortest amount of time with the most efficient use of resources. However, I am publicly announcing my retirement from the active practice of law, effective the 18th day of April, 2011, my 62nd birthday. I am no longer seeking or accepting either new legal cases or clients. Accordingly, the content of this website is neither an advertisement for my legal services, nor a solicitation for either new cases or clients. The remaining content on this website is historical in nature, and is merely for the purpose of describing those areas of the law in which I practiced during a lifetime in my chosen profession. I practiced Administrative Law at Local, State, Federal government levels including compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), assisting and advising clients in choosing and adopting qualified retirement plans, sale of corporations to ESOPs, or Employee Stock Ownership Plans, termination of qualified plans; practice before the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation, National Highway and Transportation Safety Administration Act.
